A pile of construction waste - plaster board, floor boards and the like. Not including the cupboards on the sides in the pictures. Most of it should fit in the elevator - but not certain all of it will. 1 flight of stairs up (2:nd floor). Guessing 2-3 msq as it lays now, a little less if piled more carefully. It might be helpful to bring 2 people, but not necessary.
