Gamer chair (heavy)

Slightly larger than standard gaming chairs, apparently also quite heavy. At pickup, there is one (non-spiral) staircase and no elevator, the seller would prefer not to have to get the chair outside themselves. At dropoff, I could use help carrying it across the garden to my door, there is some slight downhill. One person could do the whole job if you're strong-ish, but if doubtful, maybe two people would be best. The chair won't be disassembled for delivery, and it has no box.
