Sofa MUST BE BROKEN IN TWO WITH A CROWBAR (not a saw) and carried out in 2 pieces (it doesn't fit in the stairwell). In addition to the sofa, there's a fotpall and lots of small things (look at both photos). You need to bring a crowbar with you and you need to break the sofa in two pieces yourself.
