Cabinet and sofa chair

I need help carrying one sofa chair and one wooden cabinet down four flights of stairs and then into a moving van standing down the road. There is no elevator and the cabinet is quite heavy. Two people are needed. We will also need help with the loading of the items into the van. We might not get parking exactly outside the gate, so it could be up to 300 meter walk outdoors. There is no need for a van or a car. Only need help carrying the items from the apartment into our moving van.
