The front garden area the size of a car needs clearing and a really good sweep up. You will see in the picture broken slate. This need to be racked up and bagged. Then cleared of site. You end up with about 3-4 bags. Then the stairwell well needs to be swept so no rubbish is left at all. The rubbish chutes you see at the bottom of the stairs are staying. DO NOT TAKE THEM. They can be moved so you can clear the rubbish around them. Photos to be taken of all areas before payment.
