Leave the flower pots! The front garden area the size of a car needs clearing and a really good sweep up. You will see in the picture broken slate. This needs to be racked up and bagged. Then cleared of site. You end up with about 3-4 building bags worth. Then the stairwell well needs to be swept so no rubbish is left at all. The slates are only on the top of the earth. Just rake the area and bag it so its just soil left. Sweep all the stairs. Photos to be taken of all areas before payment.
