Moving stuff

I have bought some gips and regel for ceiling that does not suites my apartment's ceiling and I want move them back to HemBach store in Sundbyberg. Also I have some cabinet pieces which I need to throw them out like moving them to recycling places. I live in the 2nd floor and I need 2 person so they can move the stuff to their big car.
