Moving some furniture

I’m moving some furniture from a friend’s house to my new place, it’s nothing super big but they’re bulky. The day bed and bed needs disassembling but it’s not difficult. I’ll also need help to carry them upstairs. I have a strict timeframe from 11 to 14 to move so the time is also important
