Residual waste

Need help removing and disposing of 5 bags of residual waste after re-decorating living room walls. Waste includes old stripped wallpaper, dusty plastic floor protector sheers and brown paper floor protection sheets. Without a car I am finding it difficult to dispose of this so would appreciate the help.
