Stump cut

Hi, need someone with chainsaw/motorsåg to cut the stumps to make it level with the surrounding. No need to remove the entire root. Just the stump. There is a pipe which crosses the stump and I believe it can be saved if the person use chainsaw in angle. See the picture for scope.it’s okay to leave the cut part in the plot and no need to take it to recycle. It’s just the motorsaw task I need help with.
