Urgent- help in moving

Hi everyone! I’m moving today, already have a van and a friend who is helping, but I need someone else to us with carrying the stuff. We originally had more people who were gonna help but due to an emergency we are only two now, and the friend has a swollen arm 🥲 I don’t have furniture except for a desk which is so easy to carry. There is an elevator in both buildings so it won’t be hard work
