Transport a hot tub

I want to transport a spa bath that weighs 340 kg and is 220x220 cm in size. It is currently on a ground-level patio and should be delivered to a ground-level patio, so with the right tools, it should be possible to transport it with 2-3 people. The distance is approximately 30 meters over grass to the nearest spot where the vehicle can park for pickup. Upon delivery, it needs to be moved 24 meters over gras
