Moving a dismantled bed

I need help this Wednesday with transporting my bed frame and a rolled carpet (not big) from the basement of a friend in Wilmersdorf to my flat in Schöneberg. Both flats are very close to each other with a car. The bed frame is dismantled and not heavy. You can see both the bed frame and the carpet on the picture.
