Remove/recycle mixed item

Hi! I need help removing mixed items from my apartment building’s attic. These items should be recycled at a recycling station. It’s on the 5th floor and no elevator. You should be 2 people in order to carry the bulky items down the stairs. I won’t be able to assist.
