Verified helpers
Every helper on Tiptapp verifies their identity using BankID. That means every profile belongs to a real, confirmed person.
2-way ratings
Your feedback matters. After every completed task, both users leave a rating and written review. Reviews can be edited for up to 24 hours before they are published. Consistently low ratings may lead to suspension or removal from the platform, helping maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Payment protection
You never pay until you confirm that the task is completed. Payments are handled securely inside the app, making the entire process clear and traceable from start to finish.
Safe recycling
We don’t just remove items, we make sure they’re handled responsibly. All recycling picked up via Tiptapp is verified and transparently tracked to ensure items are dropped off at an approved recycling center.
Protect your things
You can add micro-insurance from Omocom to any ad, with coverage up to 5000€. It’s easy to include directly in the app and designed specifically for peer-to-peer help — offering extra reassurance when you want it.

Your personal information stays private
